The Six Decks

Each deck contains 53 carefully written questions, for a total of 318 questions. When my mum was dying, I had 5 months to say goodbye. Every night after work I went to the hospital and we would sit with a cup of tea or a cold fanta and ice cream on the hot nights and we managed to work our way through all of them, sometimes it was just one question other days we would power through 10 or more, our conversations were rich and peppered with things we’d never explored before in life. It helped us both to say goodbye and heal whilst we could. The memories are one of my most treasured possessions.
